I understand the challenges of feeling lost, alone, and unwell from my own experience with an Ulcerative Colitis diagnosis in young adulthood. I suffered physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for years before finding a naturopath who was able to address the root causes. I’m so grateful for my wellness team and the miraculous ability of my body to heal itself.

Although my path wasn’t easy, I can be thankful for it now because it taught me the importance of taking care of myself, before others. It also taught me that healing and self-discovery go hand in hand.
